Incredible location right in the heart of town, just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful Lake Tahoe beach. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hot tub and heated pool were amazing after a long day of walking, and a real highlight was the open fire area where they provided free s’mores kits. It created a lovely atmosphere and we ended up chatting with other travellers and had a great time. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location. Wonderful staff.

This is really an outstanding hotel. We have been travelling across California, and this is the best hotel by far. It even has complimentary washer/dryers which was an absolute bonus. Ten out of ten.

Great comfortable bed friendly staff

We stayed at this property for one night and it exceeded our expectations - number one thing was the friendliness of staff, parking was super easy and free, room was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, handy breakfast, great location and value. Would happily return.

every thing is good.

For a large hotel it was very nice. Rooms are huge, so are the bathrooms. Easy parking (payable) but also can walk along to main tourist area. Food in restaurant was fab had a great meal there. Only thing was the internal shop was only open over the weekends, disappointing as we were visiting at start of week and goods looked 👍 $ and perhaps would have bought some. All in all a fab stay, thank you.

Clean room. Concierge Tower.

Excellent staff and room

It’s nice and safe, simple, nice swimming pool. It lacks trees outside for shade. The rooms lack an iron and are not well sound insulated, though comfortable.

Great base for our few days mountain biking around Truckee. The pub next door is too convenient!

Great hotel with all the usual casino amenities!
