"We didn’t have a balcony. So no view. Our suite was lovely and maintained every day. The Menzies was close to all activities and lots of restaurants. The only set back was the internal blinds did not function correctly. "

"Beds were comfy and location was good. Villa was tiny tiny tiny! Barely space to walk around the beds. Really noisy as well, the road nearby must be part of the hoon blockie route. Games room was poor, with only 4-5 out of about ten games working. Wouldn't stay again."

Do not be fooled by the charming photo of the old house. Yes, it's part of the hotel, but most of the place could never be described as charming. "

"Clean rooms. The room I was in the bathroom was nothing special but you have everything you need in the room. I rate it, I’ll be going back. Parking on site is not ideal. It’s shared with the apartments out back, so first in first served otherwise street parking is your only option."

"Beautiful old building. Foyer/reception area feels grand & the heritage is preserved. Room decor is nice but the rooms are a too dated (grandma’s house) for my liking but could look beautiful if designed right. Mattresses are very soft. Rooms clean. Staff were great. Great location."
