Stayed at this hotel the night before the Ballarat marathon. I had the best night's sleep that I've had in a very long time. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was spacious. There was a microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Extremely good value for money

Big room comfortable bed quiet good shower. Steep entry to carpark at top of hill which is a challenge to maneuver around. Overall a very peasant stay. Plenty of food options available nearby, but crossing the road doesn't feel safe.

The room was large, it was also smelly and not cleaned properly. Food left in the fridge from previous customer, and used Bandaids on the carpet.The reception smelled mouldy and the gardens were really messy with rubbish lying around downstairs. For 1 night is was OK, but i would go back

Basic but covers the essentials
Dated place but comfortable and clean, which for one night was all we needed. The sheets felt new and the ends and pillow’s comfortable. Noise levels weren’t too bad for a Saturday night mainly just loud cars passing but otherwise nothing.
