Kozy Hotel Dallas DFW Airport Area West

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel had only been open about a month when we stayed, and it seemed only the 5th floor was in use while the others were being remodeled. Despite this, we heard no construction noise at all! The rooms were clean, modern, and everything seemed brand new. There’s a nice common area, which worked well for my remote meetings, and the complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces. The 64" TV was a nice bonus for watching games. The pool was also available for use. Tyler was amazing—very helpful and quick to bring extra blankets when we needed them. The only downsides were that the light next to the TV wouldn’t turn off (or we couldn’t figure it out), and there was no phone in the room, so we had to call the front desk from our cell. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel."

"We had a great experience at this Hilton. The indoor pool facility was wonderful and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and overall very nice. We actually stayed here on two different occasions during our trip — the first night was so good that we chose to come back when we returned to the area. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, especially Joey, who went above and beyond. When we discovered ants in the room, he handled the situation quickly and professionally and moved us without any hassle. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and it was a great way to start the morning. Overall, this Hilton delivered a comfortable stay, great service, and amenities that made our trip even better. We would definitely return."
