"Room was smelly, possibly from previous people cooking. Building showed its age, old stains on ceiling and walls. Shower water pressure slow. No screens on windows. Property is under maintenance/construction, they had a sign on the elevator doors notifying of such. Staff friendly and breakfast is serve yourself. Would not stay here again."

"I just needed a quick one-night stay for a business trip near the office. I was disappointed to see that housekeeping did not get the trash from the previous guest's takeout that was left in the closet. I took it to the front desk and they took it and snapped a pic before throwing it away so they could discuss with housekeeping. There is no carpet in the rooms so the sound carries a lot and I had a yappy dog in the room next door. "

"Room door got stuck often. Parking needs to be reviewed. We are in Texas, trucks are common. Even normal size trucks don’t fit in garage, both nights after dinner it took almost 30min to find parking in the lot because so many trucks don’t fit in garage. $18/day to “hopefully” find a spot is not ok. No lights on balconies is a safety hazard. It was pitch dark out there in the evening, could not enjoy at all. "
