The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues.The Jersey Mob

Brilliant staff, location, air con, and restaurant with unbeatable views make this an incredible hotel. Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating.

The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is incredible. The views we had from our room were stunning and the staff were exceptionally helpful before and throughout the stay. I struggled a bit with getting to the hotel considering I landed so late at night and public transport was a bit sparse. But with better planning from me this would've been easy. Check-in was quite fast, the receptionists are friendly. We love the interior of the room & the bed is super comfy.

Just add a pool and it’s perfection although it already is. Staff was amazing and the room was the best for the price aswell. Could not ask for a better place to have had my proposal

Centre of Como, great hotel with a lovely restaurant and lots of other options in a short walking distance. Our room was a good size and had a balcony with great views up the lake.

Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!

My husband and I had a very happy time on Como. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and our room lovely, with balcony, but noisy road, of course. The Tavernola ferry stop is handy - we walked, cycled and sailed into Como town! The Lake is enchanting - with gorgeous views and noisy seaplanes. Our great disappointment was splashing out on dinner on our last night. The dining room is grand and all the service rather pretentious, but the food was by no measurement value for money. Stayed one night on a business trip this week. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely bar and helpful staff. Small hotel but very friendly in a great location. Once the restaurant kitchen is up and running (only just reopened so only served clod plates, prosciutto, cheese, panini, insalata etc. I am sure it will be even better). I will return in March on another trip and will stay here for sure.

Excellent hotel in prime position on lake and close to all amenities and cathedral. Wonderfull art neovau fully renovated hotel in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town.
