The location of this hotel is incredible. The views we had from our room were stunning and the staff were exceptionally helpful before and throughout the stay. I struggled a bit with getting to the hotel considering I landed so late at night and public transport was a bit sparse. But with better planning from me this would've been easy. There are a couple fantastic restaurants nearby and the boat transport was so simple and easy, as well as buses. I'd come here again in a heartbeat and couldnt...

The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views over Lake Como. We were allowed to drop our bags off as we arrived before check in. When we came back to check in our luggage had already been taken to our room. Rooms are spacious and modern and very clean and the view is amazing. We had dinner first night and the food was great - especially the risotto! We woke up the next day after a really bad storm and unfortunately the damage to the road outside was extensive. This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. All the staff were very helpful and are able to offer tips on things to do in Como. The room was pleasant - nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee included. We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. We loved staying in this hotel with its unique history and beautiful decor. It is a special place in a wonderful location and we had fabulous views from our balcony. The walk to Morcote took under 30 minutes with lovely views but you need to wear trainers as the path is uneven. We also enjoyed walking to the castle through the vineyards and exploring lake Lugano by bus and boat. We tended to get Uber taxi’s back up to to hotel as it was a steep climb ( cost 18CHF)

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Stayed in an Executive Double Room Lake View for 4 nights. Fabulous break. Hotel was outstanding and we could not have wished for a more attentive service. Made to feel special.
