Our expectations were exceeded. This beautiful property is a short walk from the train station. The neighborhood is very quiet with a few shops and restaurants. There is a FamilyMart in the hotel for affordable snacks and essentials. The rooms are spacious. The soaker tub is delightful. The hotel is beautiful and clean and has a spa-like scent throughout. Fitness room and bath house are both excellent.

The room was excellent The staff were exceptional, very professional and friendly We had a set menu for a dinner at the Oasis Garden - the food was top quality as was the service We really enjoyed the Immersion Dinner - great experience We would love to stay at the Prince Gallery Hotel Toyko again

We had fantastic stay in our corner city view room. The room was large with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the shopping area. The location was perfect, close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We caught the bus from Narita airport and it stopped minutes from hotel. There were only a few areas that could do with attention, one was the Buffet breakfast. The plates on buffet were continuously empty and staff had to be asked to refill. Also there was a choice of 3 cooked breakfast but this never changed the 9 days we were there, it would be great to a rotation of menu. The other area was the club lounge that we had entry too as part of our room rate. They had beer, a sweet champagne and sake. It would have been nice to have a white and red wine on offer as well. Over all I would recommend and stay here again .
