Property was nice, but very laid back. It much excitement going on. We had to chase guest services and the concierge all week to get dinners booked, as well as the bus ride back to the airport. If they did call us back, they would call the room rather than cell phone, and they never left a message. Then they would call back, sometimes right before our dinner reservation, to finally confirm it. There were 2 or 3 calls to the room late at night, one after 9:00 pm. You could not book dinner reservations yourself. We kept getting passed from one person to another. The room had problems with the safe and the tv while we were there. Both were resolved. Communication was also a challenge, especially at the pool bar. They could not understand whet we were asking for sometimes. Quality of the drinks was very disappointing. We asked at check in if everything was included, and we were told everything was included except for the spa. We even asked a second time just to confirm. Every night at dinner, there were dinner options that you could upgrade to, but it was at an additional cost. So needlessly to say, all is not included. Same goes for the alcohol. When we complained about that, they tried to offer us a dinner at one of the restaurants that was not included in our package. We had already made dinner plans for the evening. We will not be returning to this facility again. I would not recommend it.
