Appreciated the private lounge facility and the only hotel on our trip to Japan that offered gluten-free bread and clearly and outwardly displayed that they understood allergens. "The staff were very welcoming, polite and extremely friendly at all times. Our room was very clean and although some reviews stated that the rooms are usually compact, we had a room with 3 beds and it was very spacious. We had everything in the room including pyjamas and sandals provided. Good location with a 7/11 shop right infront and a coffee shop on the left (30 seconds) and a starbucks to the right, less than a minute. 5 stars for an overall review including price, comfort and satisfaction.
