This is a well run contemporary hotel and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Everything needed was elegantly and simply provided, nothing fussy, attentive staff, great position.

This hotel was decent but very bare bones. The room and bathroom are tiny. The beds are very hard and they give you one pillow. They don’t clean your room other than to empty the garbage and give new towels (only one per person). The hall and elevator area need a good vacuum. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Location is good, 3 mins walk to train station and bus is accessible to main tourist area. The shower is strong with massage points. Size of room is ok compared to Japanese standard room. We were eligible for one time service over 6 nights stay, service is fine but not detailed. We lost our laundry bag due to staff picked up with dirty towel. But staff did not speak English, unable to get it back. Bed and pillow are hard not comfortable. Short stay is ok, May not choose for long stay. Currently the restaurant is not closed too.
