The Westin Miyako Kyoto
The staff here is extremely polite. The service was outstanding. Anything you wanted the staff will help you arrange. Also, the hotel was extremely clean, quiet, and relaxing. The included spa added to the experience as well. If I come back to Kyoto, I will definitely consider coming back here ...

Dhawa Yura Kyoto
Very convenient for a solo traveler like me. Temples are close to the hotel and a metro station is literally at the corner of the street!
