"This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The hotel is new and clean. We got the room with 4 twin beds and it was great for our family to have our own beds. The bathroom is also spacious. The onsen was great!! It has 3 tubs with different temperatures with lots of shower space. The locker room was big and has a few vanity areas. The laundry has 4 machines but we still had to wait for our turn but it was not too bad. The hotel has direct access to the train station which is nice. The lower floors has a few restaurants to choose from which is great! There’s also some activities you can do at the main floor and they also sell snacks. The hotel is right beside a 7-Eleven which was very convenient."

"The staff was so wonderful and everything was absolutely beautiful. It was like stepping back in time and the way it was decorated and the experience herereally was a highlight in our trip. I would recommended highly. The location was amazing. It was around the corner from the monkey park and three blocks from bamboo forest. I absolutely adored this Ryokan."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba – A place I’d love to return to! Karaksa at Osaka Namba is a hotel I would definitely come back to. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the entire place is spotless and well-kept. The room is quite spacious for Japan, especially given its convenient location near Dotonbori. There are plenty of shopping and dining options just steps away, and I really enjoyed the sense of safety while walking around the nearby streets. The hotel also offers complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and light snacks in the lobby café — a lovely spot to relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere."
