"Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel."

"Check-in was a little confusing as I had just wanted to leave my bag at the concierge before returning later for check-in at 3 pm, but the reception staff didn't seem to understand. Before I knew what was happening, they checked me in early (around 12 noon). Unfortunately, the cleaning staff were still cleaning the room, so I had to just leave my bag in my room while the staff were cleaning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was a set Japanese menu of rice, natto, miso soup, fish...

"After 3 days of the hotel room checked out, my husband found out that he had left a wedding ring in the room, I rang up and contacted the hotel, the staff called Airi ANDO, replied promptly that the wedding ring was found and still keeping it for us, she also arranged a shipment service for delivering the wedding ring to my home in U.K. It was amazing and thanks for all staffs in this hotel who are such professional and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again for our next...
