OK stay for the rate

The people at the property are nice and helpfu. It is close enough to the Waterfront (10-15 minutes walk) and even closer to the Borneo Culture Museum. The property has seen its best days already. Presently, it can use lots of improvement in order to live ip to the pictures advertised on the site.

Clean your property properly

The hotel is not properly clean. Please improve the cleanliness. It is old but cleanliness is importanti. The toilet need to be improve.

有騙錢的嫌疑。因為另外比它大型或高級的飯店對遊客的額外收費都較低。還有早餐是以較便宜的食材提供給客戶，客房應有的使用刷洗用具欠缺，且不是每天更換，讓人感覺房價並非便宜，物非所值。

Regal Court Family Stay

Charged extra for breakfast when booking already says with breakfast. Very disappointed. Room and bathroom condition is very old. Needs renovation very badly.
