Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel.

Make up room not available, face tissue not refill, toilet paper not available and small ants are found in the room. The corridor full off dead bees. Previously the service is good.

Nice hotel. Many facilities around.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice and helpful staff. There is a laundry shop next to the hotel. There are 3 supermarkets near the hotel and 3 restaurants that you just can walk by.

I booked deluxe twim room for 5D4N. Room not bad, spacious! Air-conditioning is excellent. But I got bad smell from the washroom. Manage to change it with the help of staff after third day.. Sadly I found blood stains on the bath towel! Need improvement. Can hear voice from next door or even the upper room. Got supermarket, laundry service and restaurant nearby. Overall good.
