"The hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely return. If we had one suggestion, it would be to include a slightly wider selection of Western dishes at the buffet. That said, we didn’t try the à la carte restaurants, so perhaps that would have added more variety to our dining experience. We’ve previously stayed at Gloria Golf and Lara Barut, which are both excellent, although they are in a higher price range."

"Having stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed my experience, I decided to return; however, I was very disappointed with this visit. The service I received was poor. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapproachable, appearing more interested in additional charges than guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the food lacked variety and was the same every day, with very little attention paid to the guests' needs. Overall, this stay was a very negative experience. Consequently, I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others."
