"Great hotel — very clean, with friendly and attentive staff who genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to consider creating a designated non-smoking area around the pool. There was a very heavy presence of smoking around the pool, including near the children’s slides, which was particularly concerning from a health perspective. With so many people smoking, it was almost impossible to avoid the smoke or find a comfortable area away from it. Aside from this, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the hotel!"

"Disappointing experience, especially for a honeymoon Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, particularly as we were visiting for our honeymoon. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and was told that this had been acknowledged. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that no honeymoon request had been noted. We were then asked to wait around 20–30 minutes while they saw what they could do. This was not the welcome we expected, especially for such a special occasion. The housekeeping service was also a major issue throughout our stay. After our first day, we showered and went down for dinner, and we simply asked if the bathroom could be refreshed and, mainly, if we could have our towels topped up. We were questioned about why we needed the room cleaned again when we had only checked in that day. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — we simply wanted fresh towels and the bathroom refreshed. On day two, our room was not cleaned until around 5pm. This became a daily issue, as the room was consistently being cleaned very late in the afternoon. We would have liked to return to a clean room around midday so that we could rest, freshen up and get ready for dinner, but this wasn’t possible. When the room was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleaning was also disappointing. The room was left in a mess, and fortunately the cleaners were still there when we returned, meaning I had to explain what had been missed. T"

"kafa dinlemelik bir yer doğası havası güzel, buraya gelindiğinde gezmek için değilde oturup kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Benim gezme tarzıma uygun değil ama yinede arada bir yapılması gereken birşey. Otel ile alakalı hiçbir eksik yan yok , sadece bana hitap etmiyor bu tarz tatil düşünenler için güzel bir yer."

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at X Belek. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were good, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. The food offered a decent variety, and there was always something to choose from. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a few small areas that could be improved, but they didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a great holiday and I would happily recommend the hotel to others."
