"Having stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed my experience, I decided to return; however, I was very disappointed with this visit. The service I received was poor. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapproachable, appearing more interested in additional charges than guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the food lacked variety and was the same every day, with very little attention paid to the guests' needs. Overall, this stay was a very negative experience. Consequently, I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"place was clean..had fresh clean towels and was perfect for our one nights stay. only problem we had was there was no one there initially to let us in as there was a code on the door and when we left no one to hand room key to,ended up having to leave key with a resident who lived in the apts and just hope the keys got passed on."

"We had a great time at Kadriye Sarp Otel with our child! The hotel is located very close to Nickelodeon Land, which was very convenient for a family vacation. There is a nice swimming pool on the property where our child really enjoyed spending time. The food was tasty and varied, and there was always something suitable for the whole family. The room was large, clean, and had a spacious balcony — very comfortable and cozy. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We were left with only positive impressions and would happily come back again!"
