We had 4 heavy suitcases to haul up and down to the 4th floor however, it was a nice corner location . Great for long stays. "

"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "Space is tight, so it's hard to keep clear. (1Near to train station. Hardly any cars, however floors are too thin, can hear upstairs guest moving luggage. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by 24hr convenient stores and 3 supermarkets. Quite a bit dining options although they are far apart."
