The staff r excellent Arunava, Karan, Shanti n the rest at the reception were excellent. I hope I got their names right.
The staff at the restaurant Buzz were just extraordinary, special shout out to Surajit and Santosh n their whole team who ensured that every meal we had at Buzz was spectacular. The service is efficient and courteous, they kept checking on us and ensured we had everything we needed. The staff deserves a round of applause as they ensured customers with infants did get to eat...

Room and linen was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful.
For reasons unknown vehicles have to be parked outside the premises at Owner's Risk. For a premium hotel that is not really encouraging. And I was the only guest with a car.
Earlier it was allowed to park inside.
This is my first hotel which has check out by 10 am. Rather unusual.

Only hotel in my opinion worth staying in Lonavala. The place is just stunning, been so beautifully curated, the structure tells a story of brutalism meets nature, much like the surrounding landscape. The team of people managed by the RDM Dipen are lovely, the restaurant Skylix is so special! Love loved our dinning experience, specially acknowledgement to the Head Chef Sunil, the bartenders Rohin and Akash. I thank Om and his team in House keeping for looking after us. We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families.
