Fantastic view from main pool area and restaurant. Great with the big family sized sun beds for keeping little one between us to play and enjoy the view. Good food in restaurant although a bit expensive. Rented scooter from place just outside resort to see more of the island - highly recommended. Nice to be able to go on tours from beach just in front of hotel.

It is really paradise and perfect for a relaxing time with private facilities to unwind. Staff were lovely. The spa experience was brilliant. Food was bee good and the island toors (we went to Hong Island) were well priced compared to other top hotels and worthwhile doing. What a day!! Not the easiest/quickest place to get to but worth while if you staying for 4 days or more and part of the experience.

What a wonderful stay! They were so accommodating the activists, food and everything they offered was top tier. We travel a lot and this has been one of the best stays we have had throughout the 14 countries we have gone this year.

Absolutely nothing to fault - luxury villa's, attentive service, plenty of space, not too many people, great food - and the location and views are superb.

We travelled to Phuket for the first time for our honeymoon, and although we were both anxious and excited, I can truly say we were blown away by our stay at Point Yamu. From the moment we arrived till the morning of our departure the staff were nothing short of marvellous and they made our stay at Point Yamu all the more special. We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Special mention to Oil from guest relations and Salma from the activities centre for answering all our questions and organising excursions.

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible. Beautiful pool villas, very clean and comfortable. The staff are really helpful, the shuttle to the airport is convenient and the staff collected our luggage from the villa. There was a good selection of breakfast items although I wasn't keen on the coffee. We had lovely coffee and lunch in their coffee shop Bread and Butter which has views across to the beach. The resort is based down a very unassuming road which initially set off alarm bells but when we did eventually find it we were greeted by a beautifully open air lobby surrounded by lush green foliage with a lovely tranquil feel - staff were very courteous and just as welcoming.
