I was only there for a day but I appreciated how the hotel treated its guests -- be it the front office, the concierge or the coffee shop. I had requested an early check in and as promised I got one despite checking in earlier than I had initially stated. Thanks very much to their Customer Sales service. "

"Fantastic hotel and staff. Right from the moment I arrived, they took great care of us. The luggage was moved to our room and the staff explained everything. Room was clean and well maintained. There was a minor issue with the AC in the room not functioning effectively but was remediated soon once a complaint was made. Breakfast was excellent and featured various multi cuisine dishes ranging from South indian to American. Staff was quite friendly and helpful."
