"We stayed here for a visit to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately the room booked was very dirty and cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pillow covers and bathroom. We reported immediately and cleaners were sent, however this wasn't a great first impression. Eventually our room was changed to a bigger cleaner room with a view of the Taj Mahal, which was a nice gesture. If visiting the Taj Mahal it's a convenient location and only 5mins ride in a rickshaw. "

In general the hotel is semi clean, there are a lot of parts that you can tell they have not clean for a long time. Like the floors and doors in the elevators. Our room was very clean except for the carpet, but the staff is very nice and helpful. "
