"The staff were very friendly"

"Room wasn't ready for check in so they put us in another room which wasn't facing the water side that I paid for instead it faced another building. Needed a plunger and it took them 2 hours to bring it up. When I pay $300 a night for a room and parking pass I expect to have the basic needs taken care of. Disappointed they didn't credit me the difference for the room change and super disappointed over the 2 hour wait to be able to use the bathroom!!! FYI I usually love love all Hilton hotels. "Charming hotel, friendly staff, cute room with everything we needed. Bathroom is updated, clean, and well-stocked. Roof garden is a nice touch -- great views. Location is perfect for attending an event at Climate Pledge, and there are some good places to eat within easy walking distance."

"The room was spacious, which was nice. And had AC which was a must since you couldn't open any windows outside the one in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel was communicative prior to arrival via email and text. Room was a bit stuffy, and the hotel itself was a bit dated. But location was phenomenal - walking distance from everything we needed."
