"Kids gift pack in the room was great! Room was very tired, and the bathroom was quite damp and mouldy. A shower only had a full height head, but no shower cap provided. Didn’t use facilities as when I booked the hotel it told me I needed to book and pay extra, we were only going to have an hour so didn’t bother bringing swimwear. Turns out swimming was an option available included for our booking. Dinner was disastrous, but once we had spoken to 3 staff it was dealt with. However it did put a downer on the stay which was for a special occasion. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, room was freshly decorated and very clean. In fact the whole hotel was extremely clean. I was very impressed with how tidy the pool changing rooms were. Bed was comfy and staff were very friendly. The only one thing that let it down a smidge was that the breakfast. I found it was just ok. It had all the basics but the food was just ok. Not the best breakfast we’ve had compared to other places we’ve stayed."

"I really loved the suite that we had booked it had a balcony that overlooked the garden . The hotel was ok . A bit tired in places . Menu for evening was ok . Breakfast was a buffet which didn’t really suit me . I asked for an omelette which they did make but I was reminded twice that it wasn’t really on the menu ….Otherwise all was ok "

"Decent basic room as you'd expect for the price. Noisy - especially the sound of toilets flushing in other rooms. No plug sockets next to bed, very surprising and annoying for a hotel built this side of the millennium "
