"My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "The property is spacious, clean and has everything you might need. Not too many dining option. However, it is not too far from U Penn or the train station to go to downtown."

"Great spacious apartment , good value and good communication. Was a little noisy a couple of times hearing other app’ TV / chatting and facing the road outside but minimal. Some areas of the apartment could be improved , touch up of the paint , shower tap needs tightening, but overall very well presented and good amenities such as TV with streaming services. Front reception staff also very helpful. "

"We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up...
