"This was one of the best city hotels that we have ever stayed in. The service, the property , the food and the facilities were incredible. We had an amazing room and could not find any fault with it. However the best thing about our stay were the staff. They were attentive, friendly and helpful. There was never a day when we didn’t get great service. A special thanks to Abhi, the waiters in the sea lounge especially Godyi. Percy who did the heritage tour was amazing. The housekeeping staff were amazing too. Thank you, and I hope I got the names right ."

"Loved the Residency hotel. Very centrally located for south mumbai, with convenient access to everything south mumbai has to offer. We booked the heritage large room and were happy with the room size and comfort. The staff is also super helpful and everyone is very welcoming. I would definitely pick the Residency for my stay again in the future in Mumbai without any hesitation!"

"I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. My dad recently stayed here, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and hospitality he received. A very special mention to **Kunal and Anwar**, who went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and well taken care of. I had requested them to give him some extra care during his stay, and they truly exceeded my expectations. They made him feel so comfortable and at home, which meant a lot to me, especially since I was not there with him. The room was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing. The warmth, kindness, and attention to detail from the staff made such a difference. **Thank you, Kunal and Anwar, for taking such wonderful care of my dad.** Your kindness and genuine hospitality will always be remembered. ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again for my family."

"I was very impressed with Sahil Hotel. Starting with room - Nice, clean and very modern. It's 200 sq ft but great solo or couple travelers. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Two in-house restaurant offer great dining option at hotel residents. As someone who travels international, I found this hotel to be on par."

"Excellent staff and good room and bathroom. Breakfast pretty god and very good value all round. Several bars and restaurants in the locality. Fairly easy walk to the sights. A metro station about 15 minutes walk. Worth trying as it's modern and pretty unused. The only problem was a lot of noise from a bar directly below our room that went on until 1.30!!"
