"Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. "The hotel is a great boutique hotel. The staff at Morgans Hotel, running the property, are amongst the best I've encountered. Everyone is helpful, patient, and takes great care of guests. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of chouces. The amenities are top-notch: Molton Brown, great bathrobes. Though many would say it is pricey, I think the combination of location, luxury, and their fantastic staff, make it a bargain."
