Lovely little hotel with great service

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff who did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay. The rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is probably one of the best we have had anywhere in the world. Very special!

This hotel is in an excellent location being directly on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and have a separate shower and bath, TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and plenty drawer and hanging space. There is also a day bed in the room. Central location close to the night market & boxing stadium. The restaurant serves exquisite Thai cuisine. Was ideal for ourselves as just an overnight stay while heading North.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Adult only Sensimar Hotel. The room was clean & the towels were changed every other day. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are all friendly & always willing to help. Swimming pools cleaned every day. Location of the hotel is great. They are many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Moracea. The staff couldn't have been more helpful from changing beach towels whenever we requested on an evening to ringing restaurants to find out if they had availability for us. The hotel itself is very quaint yet modem and even in the Jasmine rooms you are super close to the sea. Breakfast was very varied and we looked forward to this every day. Khao Lak itself has heaps to offer from superb restaurants for dirt cheap prices to great trips to islands...

We arrived late to a very courteous and efficient check in at the Apsara; opened the door to a fantastic sea front room, which was all the more appreciated when we opened the curtains in the morning to find the beach right under our nose. Absolutely wonderful stay, in a really nice part of Thailand which is recovering so well after the devastation of 2004. The Haven ticked all our boxes. Our room was v large with the biggest bed we've ever seen along with a settee & table. The balcony was also a good size. The only downside to the room was a lack of drawers but this can be overcome for a couple of weeks. Breakfast was v good & plentiful, waffle machine soon became a favourite. This was our second time in Khao Lak but the first at the Laguna Resort. We found the hotel excellent and very accommodating. Had booked through Expedia and within days if the booking I realised I had booked the wrong room. I contacted Expedia to change it. They got back to me to say I could change the room when I got there. Unfortunately there was no record of this call and the hotel was fully booked. Very good hotel, few minutes walk to beach & central Khao Lak town. Lovely pools, however requires more shade around pools & a shower at leaf pool. Breakfast had adequate choice with egg station. Lovely grounds well maintained. We had an extra bed in room which was ready on arrival. Clean towels & beach towels every day if needed. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights and immediately fell in love with the place... We opted for the villa which was very clean and comfortable. Right on white sandy beach so was perfect for relaxing. Staff couldn't be any more accommodating and helpful. Went on a couple of trips through the hotel that were well managed and a great experience. Choice and quality of food was great. All in all just perfect.
