Khuekkhak Trip

Prior to booking at the Old Phuket, we had to find a new place to stay at 8:00pm due to oar AIRBNB room somewhere else, had no Air Conditioning and was dirty. We felt So blessed to find Old Phuket Resort. Staff was great at check in. When we opened the door to our villa - we were in shock !! Hot tub outside, large, cool, room with a desk and places to sit. Beautiful large bathroom AND outdoor private shower.Concierge staff Chai helped us with drivers to different places. So many things in walking distance.

This hotel was a dream come true. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are always able to help answer your questions and help you with whatever is needed. The atmosphere of the place makes you feel like you are in Thailand at all times. The decor of the place makes you feel like you are staying in a Thai house and not a resort. I love the rooms and they feel so comfortable. Overall this is one of the best places I ever stayed.

After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be returning, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.
