The hotel premises were amazing, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, particularly the à la carte dinner options. However, the hotel management should focus on improving room service, as we experienced delays and a lack of responsiveness.

The staff were really helpful and kind, sorting out camel safari, giving us valuable insights into the area and arranging onward travel. The location is on the edge of Pushka, only a 15 min walk or 5 min tuktuk to the centre. The cable car is only a few minutes away and the camels are across the road. The cafe is top notch, excellent service and a really good menu, we had a lovely meal and drinks on the balcony and...
