Lovely little hotel with great service

I'm not normally one for writing reviews, however on this occasion it would be unfair to all the team there not to. I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't find 1 single fault with anything, ALL the staff there are absolutely amazing, I wish I could take my staff there to demonstrate how customers/guests should be treated, regardless what position they hold there, they go out of the way to acknowledge you. Great hotel,we really enjoyed our stay here, very central and within walking distance of everything, we hired a bike from the hotel to go further afield which was easy and convenient,the owner is a very nice man we highly recommend this place, thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....

Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. This hotel is in an excellent location being directly on the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and comfortable and have a separate shower and bath, TV, tea making facilities, hairdryer, and plenty drawer and hanging space. There is also a day bed in the room. Great place to stay - My wife and I stayed at X10 for 13 nights, our stay was brilliant, they don't call Thailand the land of smiles for nothing, the staff had smiles and so did we. The hotel has all the modern conveniences that you would expect and is not overly expensive to eat at the resort too. After a miserable bus ride, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They dealt with are booking accidentally through two different sites and made us feel very welcome. We haven’t had this good of service for this rate anywhere in Thailand! Also - room, pool and beach are gorgeous!

The hotel is excellent, modern clean lines with fantastic rooms. The breakfast is very good catering for all tastes, from sushi to bacon and eggs! The evening meals are expensive but there’s so much choice locally it’s not a problem. The beach location is good.

Central location close to the night market & boxing stadium. The restaurant serves exquisite Thai cuisine. Was ideal for ourselves as just an overnight stay while heading North.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Adult only Sensimar Hotel. The room was clean & the towels were changed every other day. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are all friendly & always willing to help. Swimming pools cleaned every day. Location of the hotel is great. They are many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance.
