"Overall decent stay. This was my 3rd time in Key West, but 1st time staying here. Some issues along the way, like a broken A/C and a clogged sink. Maintenance was great though. Most days the family pool was good, usually could find a chair. Beach was unusable bc of all the seaweed and it smelled horrible. Beautiful lobby and grounds. Food and drinks wildly overpriced, same with the gift shop. Quiet part of town which was nice. Would i stay here again? Maybe."

"Offered ocean view at check in ! The 2 reception ladies offered us upgrade then when a person already checked In. Came back and wanted upgrades after seeing their room they declined us. The next morning went to complain and night manager gave us a free upgrade to ocean front ! She made my 70th birthday. They need to train those 2 ladies !!"
