"The staff was great. We checked in around 8pm and discovered there was a problem with our air conditioner. They came to the room that night to attempt to fix it and offered us another room for the night when they couldn’t. Then the next morning they got a technician to come and work on it. We went out for the day and returned to a super chilly room. Also upon check out, they waived the resort fee because we had that problem. Great customer service!!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Beachside Resort! The location couldn’t be better — right on the water with gorgeous views and easy access to everything in the Keys. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with that laid-back coastal vibe you hope for on vacation. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready with great local recommendations. The pool and beach area were both relaxing and well kept — perfect for lounging with a drink in hand. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant and the convenience of having bikes and water activities available right at the resort."
