"The place is nice but the working staff here are so kind and helpful I treated it like I was at my friend's place n the staff has gone out of there way to help I'm traveling alone and I wish I could thank them better but become friends with some of the working staff here now kuz there down to earth working class like me n it's makes a better exp to the kitchen staff n the Hosts helping guests your amazing people thank you for the great memories n exp "

We received room service multiples times and they were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kenya. They are also very central to nice restaurants, shopping and the safari. "

"The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!"
