"Unbelievable location. Service was exceptional staff completely focused on guest needs.
Rooms were generous and luxurious.
Can’t ask for anything better"
"Fab hotel in a beautiful setting very relaxing atmosphere although we stayed midweek staff did say it gets busier at weekends. All staff friendly and helpful especially Nelson and Benjamin who couldnt do enough for us and always with a massive smile. Highly recommend"
"This property is nothing like the description or photos on Expedia. When challenged at check in the properties management stated that the descriptions were those of Expedia not of their own!!
This is a One Star property charging Four Star prices probably due to local demand!
The rooms smelt musty and were not attractive at all. There was no separate seating area or dining area in the rooms as described.
This is not a property that I would recommend to an international tourist. We turned...
"We really enjoyed our stay at Alba. The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. The meals were delicious. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Meru."
"Lewa
Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all.
The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future."
"Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "
"Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road.
