"The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! Nice hotel enjoyed are stay just needs updating. Good location would stay again. "

"Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked.
To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything.
We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself.
I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more).
Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored.
