The hotel has olive trees, banana trees, palm trees, you can swim while looking at the forest & mountain because of all those things it was very relaxing. Staff were so helpful, cheerful. The sea was amazing. Going to downtown Bodrum by taxi 10-15 min. Next year definitely will come here again☺️

I really enjoyed my stay here but unfortunately the food was not always fresh. A lot of the snack foods were from frozen. Filter coffee was only available in the breakfast buffet and then taken away. At the bar the nice coffees were no longer being served due to shortage of capsules. I know they are winding down for the season but a decent coffee was nowhere to be had. Apart from that the rooms were impeccable. The gardens and grounds beautiful and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

A standard 5-star hotel in a very good beach

We stayed at Samara in October, hoping it would be less crowded during the off-season. However, it was still busier than we expected. As the most affordable 5-star hotel in the region, many holidaymakers ended up staying here. The hotel itself feels stuck in the 1990s in terms of décor and aesthetics, but we really enjoyed the garden space and the openness of the premises. The staff were polite and reasonably friendly (though their English could be improved). The pools were great, and the facilities were sufficient to keep you and your family entertained. Overall, the hotel ticks all the boxes required for a 5-star rating, but the quality of the facilities leaves much to be desired.

It is a great place. I highly recommended. It’s beautiful. People were very professional. Very kind I was upgraded. Our room was absolutely fantastic. We really love it. We had a good look at the pools the beach. Everything appears to be really impeccable. Everybody there was very good service. There was a lot of delicious food And people were very courteous. Unfortunately, I have planned only one night but I will come back and it will request to come to the same hotel because it was absolutely beautiful. I would like to spend a little bit more time there.

Wonderful stay in Bodrum! About 10 min from the city cente and 25 min from the airport. Enjoyed the accommodations, very comfortable beds and a wide selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner; they even had snacks & ice cream poolside. Samara is an older resort hotel that offers a constant service to guests at an affordable price with an average quality at Turkey resort’s standards. Its a family friendly place that can be fun during the day with constant food/pastry service by the beach but it didn’t have any night time plan and more cosy spot to hang out with friends and family. Overall its designed for larger groups to hang out with each other who want to have average quality food at abundance and enjoy a large beautiful resort with a good clear beach.

Bodrum Samara Hitel is an amazing place! Other than one slight hiccup, the check in process was quite smooth, thanks to the great front desk staff that was friendly, professional, and very helpful! Our room was immediately ready, but after a short 30 minute wait, we were lead to our spacious newly renovated two bedroom suite… and just one word to describe it: wow! Everything you need for a luxury vacation was thought of! You could practically live here for months, not that we didn’t think about it!!! Spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms, an amazing living area, and enough closet space for a small army!!! And to top it off, a spectacular view of the sea!!! Dining options was plentiful, and the quality of the food was ex! The layout of the overall resort was was planned, big enough where you’re not on top of other guests, but not so big where you get lost when returning to your room! The resort is also quite beautiful from a landscaped perspective. However, the wonderful staff truly make the resort feel like home, you just don’t want to leave! Don’t gloss over Samara hotel Bodrum while looking for a place to stay during your vacation searches!

The hotel was quite okay, but definitely overpriced. The service staff was not at all service-oriented and seemed completely inexperienced. They were shocked to see people with different skin tones, which is utterly strange. I visited the spa and fitness area. The spa and gym were acceptable, and the massage was expensive but worth the money since the masseuses were skilled. However, the person in charge was utterly incompetent. He constantly tried to force more treatments on me even though I had already booked a massage. When I refused, he became really unpleasant and started badmouthing me with a colleague in Turkish, and he also expressed himself in a racist manner. The stay was quite okay, but it was completely ruined by the salesperson in the spa area. I recommend the train its staff and get rid of such individuals. We will definitely not visit the hotel again.

Good: good size property- not too big and not too small Bad: Smaller size means that the activities and kids club are next to none. Kids club is organised in a small house of a size of a garden shed Ugly: We had a full see view room- 476. The view was nice but the noise from the neighbouring hotels was awful. On Friday and Saturday the music was as loud as 96db at the entrance of my room and 55db inside. The music was ingoing until 1am on Friday and 1.30am on Saturday. I personally, don’t find it acceptable especially as we were travelling with a toddler. The hotel tried to point to Victory day celebrations but speaking to other hotel staff and clients this is the case whenever the other hotel does have an event/party on. Thus, if you want to go to sleep earlier than 1am- don’t stay in a sea view corner room. For me this means that I will not return as I want my family to have a good sleep and I want to see the sea when I wake up. I personally found that how expedia and hotel dealt with this matter was not appropriate given the fact that a child is in the room which is exposed to such noise and vibration as we were basically given no tangable alternatives and asked to accomodate the situation

The hotels rooms have an air condition issue. Some rooms the air condition doesn’t work. Some you can change and some are cold which is very strange. The was some electrical issues where electricity turned off a couple of times and the TV didn’t work. The WiFi was good and they have an all inclusive buffet and a midnight snack. This is NOT a 5 star hotel.
