"We stayed in an interconnecting room as a family of four travelers. Staff are super welcoming and very attentive to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I found the property a little run down, especially in the bathroom. But I’ll say it’s quite normal as it’s not a high end hotel. The pool was a little disappointing as it’s very small and because it’s a retreat, there’s nothing much to offer. One thing I found unusual are the refilled body wash and lotions in ceramic jars - I could never use that and found unhygienic. One thing I liked about this retreat was the water stations. Clean drinking water was easily accessible. "

"Hello, We just got back from a 10-day Bali vacation, and staying here was truly an unforgettable experience. From the smooth check-in process to the welcome drink and the friendly breakfast staff, everything was exceptional. There’s honestly so much to say about this place. We chose a two-queen-bed room for our girls’ trip, and it was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and came with a fully stocked mini fridge, along with a fresh welcome coconut. The air conditioning worked great, and we loved having the option to open the balcony doors to enjoy the breeze. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. We also treated ourselves to a spa day. My friend had a rose bath, which she loved it was beautifully decorated with rose petals in a warm bath. I had a deep tissue massage, and it was incredible. The hotel is about 20 minutes from town, making it feel very safe, peaceful, and tucked away from traffic and noise. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Since we spent a lot of time exploring, next time we plan to stay in and enjoy more of the resort—especially the three pools and activities. If you’re planning a solo, couples, or family trip, I highly recommend this place. "

"Absolutely perfect. The staff remembered us by name and remembered all of my families preferences. The food was impeccable. The infinity pool was relaxing and scenic. Our host Vika greeted us daily at breakfast and inquired if there was anything to make our stay better. The shuttle to Ubud allowed us to see the Monkey forest, Ubud Palace, and the Ubud market. The room was spacious and spotless. An absolute 5 star experience. I would not change a things. Tremendous value for the price."

The infinity pool is stunning, and one of my favorite parts of the stay was the food—especially the healthy options and their ginger shots, which I absolutely loved. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I had to request a room change on the first day, and they handled it immediately and smoothly, which I really appreciated. One small note—the hotel is listed as walking distance to some places on Expedia, but in reality, you’ll likely need transportation. That said, everything is still relatively close and easy to reach. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for a safe, comfortable, and wellness-focused place in Ubud, I would highly recommend The Westin. "
