My wife and I stayed over on a Saturday night, with me going to watch the football and my wife going shopping. We then met at 6pm and had a terrific evening in Liverpool. We arrived early morning on the Saturday and were happily allowed to leave the car in the hotel car park. The host Mr Tacy is a newlywed, young, polite, and he kindly guided us through our stay with care, interest and genuine goodwill. Looks a bit grim from the outside and had a little difficulty finding the entrance as it is all shuttered on the ground floor which was a little worrying. Once inside though found the staff incredibly helpful and the rooms very comfortable for the price. The bathrooms and a self-service kitchen area are shared but kept very clean.
