"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. "I’ve never had a better, more thoughtful stay than at this hotel. Everyone was gentle, kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was incredible- from the egg station(s), the amazing spread of exotic fruits, the Indonesian breakfast options, the pastries, yoghurts, and on. The pools and the grounds were immaculate. The spa was magnificent and the Four Hands massage was the best massage I’ve ever had. We were so sorry to leave."
