"We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village. We stayed on the 8th floor of the Ocean Tower, and our room had a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The view was honestly one of our favorite parts of the stay, especially in the mornings. The resort was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was a great place to stay and enjoy the scenery while also having a convenient location to explore the Big Island. One thing I would recommend is adding breakfast when you make your booking if you plan on eating there. We added it after we arrived, and it was $10 more, so itโs better to include it ahead of time. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back!"

"Clean and spacious with a large covered balcony. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Super close to the beach. Furniture and linens were the quality expected for a unit in Waikoloa Beach."

"The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily. However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach is not actually owned by the hotel, and ordering food or drinks from the hotel while staying at the beach is quite inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room was also very loud, and the temperature control worked inconsistently. On the positive side, the hotelโs signature drinks were very good. Overall, the hotel is clean and has a beautiful, peaceful beach with excellent opportunities for snorkeling and seeing sea turtles, but the facilities and room amenities could use some improvement."

"Staff were very friendly from the moment you walk into their office to check in. Rooms were clean and met our needs. I didnt know the gameroom could be reserved and their was a birthday party the day we tried to use it but its ok we still used the pool and now know in advance we can book a reservation for it. Mahalo"
