This is our second time to MaunaLani Point. As is expected the service was excellent. The only issue was that that unit was dated including the bathrooms. Staff was great and the property itself was top notch

毎回設備の何かが故障しています。 前回は製氷機が故障している部屋でした。今回は食器洗浄機が故障していました。６泊しましたが、４泊めに修理に来てくれました。宿泊料金の値引き等の配慮は有りませんでした。毎日タオルの交換をお願いしていましたが、催促した二日目に届けてくれましたが、その翌日は２日分をまとめて玄関に置いていました。ホテルの宿泊と比較して値段の割には、あまり良くないと思いますが、受付のスタップの愛想が良いのが、唯一印象に残っています。

Condo was very nice and spacious. We booked a two bedroom king in master and two doubles in second but when arrived the second bedroom only had one queen.

We’ve stayed in the exact same unit 2 1/2 years ago and it’s was tired and old then, and even more so now It’s really time for a face lift - new carpets or flooring is a must and the lighting and plumbing could use an overhaul. We expected a much ‘fresher’ unit than we received based on the booking. But overall very comfortable and welcoming.

a pretty good vacation condo located inside a waterfront golf course gated community. we like the shoreline trail that goes the whole Mauna Lani area

HOA is arrogant and controlling. No sun shade!

The property needs a renovation, the furniture is old and the mattress left us with sore backs daily. The shower doesn't even have a shelf for soap. The old brown carpet is not what I would want in a tropical location. The old sofa was worn out and two-seater was stained.
