Our stay with kids was difficult. We stayed a 15min walk from the lobby/pool in the Palace. The tram system runs very slowly and infrequently. The tram was broken our entire stay. Which meant we had to carry our luggage and walk almost a mile to our hotel room or to get food. It was a challenging stay with a toddler.
