"Free buffet breakfast was great shuttle service going to the airport was very convenient. Getting to the hotel from airport is just a short 10 minutes walk. Our room was clean and fine for the pricing, toilet bidet was not working on the night we stayed but overall great stay its very convenient no need to rush or worry to be at the airport as you are already at the area."

Hay un Lawson cerca de la cafetería, muy conveniente. Amenidades standard. No había cafe en la habitación, solo bolsas de té. Hay maquina de refill de agua y hielos en pisos de habitaciones. "This place seems like one of very original hotels when the Narita airport was built. Very old and needs a major renovations. Front stuff wasn’t very friendly. We liked that they had a set shuttle hours, so we can plan shopping and dining at the airport. They had a small but very good and friendly convenient store inside the hotel. Amazingly, they fry croquets as you order. That was the best part of this hotel. Their beds are theHARDEST BEDS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT! My shoulders and butts hurt. It was like sleeping on the floor. "
