"Nice hotel with unusual layout. Registration is on 16th floor and rooms are below, so you take the elevator to registration from the street entry, then take another elevator to your room. Confusing at first but get used to it quickly. Laundry and vending areas were great and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of foods. Clean room with the most comfortable beds we found on our trip. Did not like that the bathroom light stayed on all the time. Overall very nice choice."

"Very happy with the staff for being so helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well! Hotel located at Namba station and there’s so much amenities at Namba walk. Great food selection all over."

"Kitchen staff downstairs were amazing and very friendly! One chef went out of his way to chat with me. Check in staff were fine, not overly friendly but fine. Really great amenities and incredible breakfast. The room was very clean. It's small of course because it's japan but I don't know how anyone could complain for the price. "
