Great views from our room and from the Restaurant, nice Design, amazing breakfast, very good location

Absolutely fabulous all aspects wonderful Bakery, rooms, gym, location food fabulous!!

It feels like you are in the countryside…but a covered shopping street is only a five minute walk away. Spacious accommodations, excellent staff; great food, a truly wonderful place. Would return in an instant.

View from the hotel and onsen was wonderful. Once you reach hotel you won’t get simple dinner you ha e to opt for 6000¥ they did customize for not worth for money even coffee you won’t get. But facilities are wonderful. Breakfast was decent too

The location is just absurdly good. I didn’t appreciate fully how nice it is to be in the heart of Gion until we got there. It’s a stone’s throw from a Lawson’s, walking along the river, the coffee cafe M Stand (this is absolutely the best kept secret - you want incredible views and top tier flat whites? Go to M Stand and thank me later)… close to transit… Aircon in the room worked great and was somehow silent… and the four beds worked out well for our family. Front desk was so helpful - recommend if you do the Kurama/Kibune hike that you get their help booking a Kawadoko lunch/dinner.
