"We had a great time at the hotel. It actually exceeded our expectation. Such a convenient location. This is a 5 star hotel in every way. It is surrounded by great restaurants and a first class shopping mall which leads you into the heart of the city where traditional markets meet modern shopping complexes. Transport option are integrated into the complex the hotel leads you too. The hotel is super clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I am in Osaka. 5 star!"

"The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the subway and in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the room was big compared with other places where we stayed in Japan. Laundry was a plus but there’re only 2 machines , so you have to plan ahead. Unfortunately, the property doesn’t have too much to offer besides a bar and a lounge area where you are not allowed to eat or drink. Overall, we had a nice staying."
