Le meilleur hébergement de notre sejour. La chambre (hime room) est spacieuse. Le personnel est très attentif (nous avons meme eu un accueil en français). Les transports sont quasiment au pied de l'hôtel. Pas de defaut sauf l'absence d'un lave linge alors qu'il y a la place pour l'installer.

The service at Mimaru Shinsaibashi North was impeccable. Very friendly, prompt, and accommodating. The area is quiet and close by lots of places to eat and shop. We got a 2 bedroom so it was very roomy with a small kitchen area and fridge. Daily housekeeping which is also appreciated. We would stay at Mimaru hotels again.

가족여행으로 오사카를 방문했는데 비행기가 지연도착해서 밤에 도착을 했는데도 친절히잘 맞이해주셨고 예약과정에서 실수로 체크하지못해 곤란한 사항이있었는데 크루님들이 원만히 체크인되도록 많이도와주셔서 좋았습니다. 한국어를 잘하시는 분이계셔서 소통에 어려움이없었고 시설은 깔끔하고 청결했습니다. 위치도 주변관광지로 이동하기에 너무좋았고 가족들모두 첫 오사카여행 숙소에 굉장히 만족했습니다. 다음에도 방문하고싶습니다.
