Welcoming reception, and very helpful staff when I had one problem with my keycard and one problem with taxi pickup that I had self arranged. Comfortable stay. Large selection of breakfast items. Next to a mall for all of your shopping needs, along with a few restaurants. Area not very exciting, mainly good for business trips or visiting family.

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and
had a early check in which was very
convenient. All the staff memebers were
very helpful and knowledgeable, especially
Prathamesh. He was very helpfully and
courteous. Would recommend.

I loved the hotel, it's facilities and in general the excellent customer service. Breakfast and dinner buffets are acceptable but it could be better, few options and not really variety.
