We were asked to pay extra for meals despite them being included in our booking. We were also put on a small boat and only told five minutes into the journey that an additional fee would be charged with no prior communication. The houseboat was nothing like the advertisement. It was old and run-down with...

You must stay here if you want a Heritage Property rather than a generic hotel. Previous reviews online mention... Swimming Pool - No damage to any tiles and is spotlessly clean. Dated Rooms and plumbing - All the rooms have now been refurbished and are beautiful. A wonderful mix of historical designed furniture with modern amenities. Cleanliness - The property is spotlessly clean. Flyover / road - Yes this is ugly, no getting away from it. But we were not disturbed by any noise and it...

The meals served—lunch, dinner, and breakfast—were simple but delicious and hygienic. Although the menu did not offer many choices, the quality and taste of...

The two ‘reception’ women were pretty, but pretty useless (very limited English). None of the staff appeared to communicate with each other. Thin walls...
